Emerging Composers 2026/27 Final

Join the Phoenix Consort and their 2026/27 Emerging Composers for the live final of this year’s composition competition at St. Gabriel’s, Pimlico (London) on Saturday 13th February 2027.

This year, the composers have written pieces for unaccompanied choir, to be performed by the Phoenix Consort, and all using texts by Emily Dickinson.

We’re pleased to be partnering with Coleman Page Publishing, The Dickinson Ensemble, and our fantastic judges, Kerensa Briggs, Alexander Campkin and Donald Skoog. Thanks also to the sponsors of this year’s competition, The Marchus Trust and The Doggett Family Foundation.
